The project is mainly used in the floor production line to dynamically detect the length, width and thickness of the floor. By detecting these parameters of the floor, the land robot industry with qualified quality on the production line will be screened, and the implementation measures for the standardized management of the industrial robot industry will be issued to eliminate the unqualified products

1. Length detection

the length of the floor is measured by encoder counting, and the PLC counting is started or stopped by changing the displacement value of the displacement sensor. Through calculation, it can be obtained that the linear displacement of the floor after the encoder rotates for one cycle is a, then: the floor length l=a*n (count value)

2. Width detection

as shown in Figure 1, a certain width D1 is reserved between the two sensors during the communication and exchange installation of Anhe yanyuese. The reserved width D1 can be adjusted appropriately according to the production needs. In order to protect the sensor contact, a round ball with a diameter of about 600mm is added at the front end of the sensor, which is fixed by the outer round tube. 3. Thickness detection

thickness detection is measured by the displacement sensor installed on the surface of the floor, as shown in Figure 2. 4. Calculation and display

the signal output of sensor, encoder and photoelectric switch are respectively connected to the analog input module and digital input point of PLC. The length, width and thickness of the floor are calculated in PLC. The calculation results are displayed through the human-machine interface (indicating the elongation range)

5. Surface crack detection

at present, the more convenient and accurate means to detect surface cracks is to use image recognition technology

we selected Omron f160 high-speed vision sensor to detect the cracks on the floor surface, and installed an industrial camera and a light source above the floor production line to take photos of the floor passing through the photographing position. The photos taken are transmitted to the controller, and the detection algorithm is used to analyze whether there are surface cracks. After the analysis is completed, the controller will output a detection result signal. Input this signal into PLC and display the detection results in the human-machine interface. (end)
